FAB SPORTS is a sports ecosystem app for athletes, coaches, academies, sports businesses, and sports users. This Privacy Policy explains how FAB SPORTS collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects user information.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

- Name
- User ID
- Phone number
- Profile type
- Sports category
- Gender, age, height, and weight, where provided
- City, pincode, address, and location details
- Profile photo and hero/banner image
- Bio and profile information
- Sports achievements
- Posts, photos, videos, reels, captions, comments, likes, views, followers, and following
- Chat and connection information
- Attendance records, weekly plans, performance records, diet plan data, BMI data, and FSLA records
- Product orders, package purchases, payment reference IDs, and reward/redemption records
- Reports, blocked profiles, support requests, and safety-related information
- Device/session identifiers needed for login, security, and account protection

2. Photos, Videos, and Uploaded Content

When users upload photos, videos, reels, profile images, achievement images, or other media, FAB SPORTS stores and processes this content to display it in the app, support sharing, enable profile features, provide moderation, and operate app services.

Users are responsible for the content they upload. Content must follow FAB SPORTS community rules and applicable laws.

3. Camera, Photos, Microphone, and Location Permissions

FAB SPORTS may request access to:

- Photos: to choose profile pictures, posts, equipment images, and media.
- Camera: to capture profile pictures, posts, and media.
- Microphone: to record videos.
- Location: to show nearby academies, coaches, gyms, trainers, and location-based sports services.

Permissions are used only for app features selected by the user.

4. How We Use Information

FAB SPORTS uses information to:

- Create and manage user profiles
- Enable login and account access
- Show public and private profile information
- Display home feed posts, Sports IQ, sports news, products, and packages
- Enable chats, connections, followers, and following
- Manage attendance, weekly plans, performance updates, packages, finance tools, and FSLA features
- Process orders, package purchases, rewards, and payment references
- Send notifications
- Improve app features and user experience
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and misuse
- Support moderation, reports, blocking, and account safety
- Comply with legal, regulatory, payment, tax, audit, and platform requirements

5. Payments

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.

FAB SPORTS may store order details, product details, package details, payment reference IDs, purchase dates, and transaction status.

FAB SPORTS does not store complete card numbers, UPI credentials, banking passwords, or full payment instrument details.

6. Firebase and Cloud Storage

FAB SPORTS uses Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Firebase Storage, and related cloud services.

User data, profile records, uploaded media, chat records, attendance records, performance data, package records, order records, and other app data may be stored securely in Firebase or other trusted cloud services used to operate the app.

7. Admin Access

Authorized FAB SPORTS administrators may access user profile records, uploaded content, reports, orders, packages, payment references, attendance records, finance records, and support information only when needed to operate the service, provide support, moderate content, investigate abuse, improve app safety, or comply with legal obligations.

8. Sharing of Information

FAB SPORTS may share limited information with:

- Other users, when information is part of a public profile, public post, follower/following list, package, achievement, or other visible app feature
- Connected academies, coaches, or users, when required for FSLA, attendance, weekly plans, performance updates, packages, or communication
- Payment providers, for payment processing
- Cloud service providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, and technical service providers needed to operate the app
- Legal authorities, if required by law, regulation, court order, investigation, or safety requirement

FAB SPORTS does not sell personal information.

9. Public Profiles and User Content

Some profile details, posts, achievements, followers/following, packages, business information, and uploaded content may be visible to other users depending on profile type, privacy settings, and app features.

Users should not upload private, harmful, illegal, or sensitive content that they do not want others to see.

10. Chats and Messages

FAB SPORTS may store chat records to provide messaging features, sync messages across devices, and maintain account history.

Users should not share sensitive personal, financial, medical, or private information through chats unless they are comfortable doing so.

11. Reports, Blocking, and Safety

Users may report or block other profiles.

FAB SPORTS may review reported content, profiles, chats, or activity to protect users and enforce community rules. Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or permanently disabled for violations.

FAB SPORTS is intended for sports users, athletes, academies, coaches, and related users.

If minors use the app, they should do so with parent, guardian, coach, academy, or responsible adult guidance where required by law. FAB SPORTS does not knowingly collect information from children in violation of applicable law.

FAB SPORTS uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no internet-based service is completely secure. Users should protect their login details and use the app responsibly.
